Sites hosted on our own platform can be set up in two ways — depending on whether you want full back-end access or you'd rather we look after the changes with you.
Starter (Hosted by Us)
Out-of-the-starting-blocks starter pages and simple sites — hosted on our platform with no monthly cost and no back-end access. We make changes with you or for you on a Zoom call, charged in 15, 30 or 60-minute blocks.

How the pricing works. If you've purchased a service through us, this is often included as part of our contract. If you'd like us to manage suppliers or services in other areas of your business, we can also do this on an ad hoc or retainer basis. Not sure which applies? How it works
Hours roll over one month
Quiet month? Unused hours carry into next month and get used first. After that they lapse.
Change plan any month
Move up or down for the following month by letting us know before the 25th.
Logged in 15-minute blocks
Anything under 15 minutes counts as 15. Small requests sent together are logged as one.
Messages count as time
Calls, emails and WhatsApp time come out of your hours, so send a list rather than one-offs.
Three months to start
A 3-month minimum gives the work time to show results, then it's rolling monthly.
We'll tell you if you're overpaying
If you keep rolling hours over, we'll suggest a smaller plan.
